Aluminum Alloy Tri Axle Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer
Capacity: 30,000L to 55,000L options.
Compartments: 1 to 7 compartments available (allows transporting different fuel types).
Axles: 3 Axles (FUWA, BPW, or HUAYU brand).

45,000 Liter Aluminum Alloy Tanker for Fuel Distribution Fuel tank semi-trailers are a critical component in the transportation of liquid fuels such as gasoline, diesel and oil, ensuring reliable delivery to industries, gas stations and remote locations. This 3 axle unit is built from high-grade 5083 aluminum alloy, which keeps unladen weight low and raises the payload you can legally carry on every trip. Longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded automatically for consistent penetration, and the tank is fitted with explosion-proof manholes, emergency shut-off valves, safety valves, pressure gauges and nitrogen charging ports. Total capacity runs from 40,000 to 45,000 liters with 3 or 4-inch pneumatic discharge valves. |

High Capacity Designed to carry large volumes of fuel, maximizing efficiency and reducing the need for frequent trips. | Safety First Built with robust materials and fitted with pressure relief valves, emergency shut-off valves and fire-resistant coatings for secure transport. |
Built to Last 5083 aluminum alloy construction resists harsh conditions and corrosive substances, with automated welding for consistent seams. | Loading Efficiency Advanced pumping and discharge systems enable fast, precise loading and unloading, minimizing downtime at the terminal. |

Fuel Distribution to Gas Stations The 45,000 liter capacity keeps depot-to-station delivery runs efficient, cutting the number of trips needed to keep outlets supplied. |
Industrial & Mining Fuel Supply Delivers diesel to construction sites, quarries and mining operations where machinery depends on a reliable on-site fuel supply. |
Remote & Cross-Border Delivery Built for long-distance routes into remote areas where fuel has to be moved in bulk over poor roads — the light aluminum body helps on both payload and fuel cost. |

Want a detailed quote with shipping to your nearest port?
Container Loading The cheapest and fastest option; the trailer is partly dismantled to fit into the container. | Break-Bulk / Bulk Carrier Suited to complete units that ship without dismantling, and to ports that lack a Ro-Ro berth. |
Ro-Ro Vessel Roll-on / Roll-off shipping — the unit is towed on and off under its own wheels with no dismantling at all. | Anti-Corrosion & Waxing Tank, chassis and fittings are waxed and sealed before loading to prevent seawater corrosion on the voyage. |

Q1: What liquids can this tanker semi-trailer carry? Gasoline, diesel and other liquid fuels. Please tell us the exact product and its density so we can confirm the compartment layout, thickness and any lining or coating your market requires. |
Q2: What is the tank material and capacity? High-grade 5083 aluminum alloy, with a total volume of 40,000 to 45,000 liters. Compartment numbers and exact volume are customizable to your order. |
Q3: Which axles, suspension and tires are fitted? 3 axles rated 13T or 16T in FUWA or BPW brand, mechanical leaf spring or air suspension, and 12R22.5 tubeless tires (12 pcs). Other axle brands can be specified on request. |
Q4: What safety equipment comes with the tank? Explosion-proof aluminum alloy manhole covers with breather valves, emergency shut-off valves, safety valves, pressure gauges and nitrogen charging ports, plus 3 or 4-inch pneumatic discharge valves. |
Q5: What is the delivery lead time and payment terms? Standard configuration: 20–35 working days after deposit and drawing confirmation; customized tank layouts take longer. Payment is 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against copy of the Bill of Lading, and FOB / CFR / CIF terms are all acceptable. |
Q6: Do you manufacture this tanker semi-trailer yourselves? Yes. Our semi-trailers — including fuel tank tankers — are manufactured in our own workshop, with the tank shell formed and welded in-house and each unit tested before shipment. Heavy trucks such as Shacman and HOWO are supplied separately through official OEM channels. |
Q7: Can the tanker be customized, and are certificates provided? Yes. Compartment number, capacity, discharge system, axle brand, suspension and paint are all built to your order. Certificates and export documentation required for customs clearance in your market are coordinated with each order. |
